Cannabis & Wellness

Time to Reorient the Conversation

THE BOOK: The misinformation about cannabis is so pervasive and it's time for a new book to help solve the problem. Cannabis & Wellness provides an urgent update on how baby boomers can use the health benefits of hemp CBD oil. Cannabis isn't a gateway drug but an exit drug as it eases aches and pains.

Cannabis & Wellness is written to help Baby Boomers and Generation Jones learn the facts about cannabis that they were never told. The cannabis plant has been used since ancient times as a medicine, source of food and fiber, common herbal treatment during childbirth, anesthesia, pain management and recreation.

Its powers were praised by the ancient Chinese and Indians. Cannabis was prevalent in western culture until recently when it was demonized by prohibitionists. This book takes a fresh look at the history and science of the medicine to examine its benefits in light of current knowledge and practical experience.

Also covers: military veteran choice, ageing, disorders, the modern medical context, growing adult use, endocannabinoid system, chemical signaling and much more.

We invite you to join the conversation.
